Traci Blackwell is great at listening to what you need. If you know nothing and need help with it all, she can do that; but if you just need advice on certain things, you can do that as well. She is good at communication and will let you know what's going on and what is needed; she communicates clearly even when the situation is confusing. When unforeseen complications with a property arises, she either knows the answer or will find it quickly. She listens to find out what your priorities are (quick sale or the most money possible) and adjusts to YOUR priorities.
